Apparently eye contact isn't always necessary for some of them. Otherwise, blind or just-not-looking hotties would be immune. Just a mood piece, really, the base idea has been meandering in my skull for a while, but the details and FX mostly came to me over the course of the past few days. There's probably a pretty good story to explain this scene, but I'll be damned if I know it.

And yes, I can already hear :iconmookyvet: saying "Okay, you know, after these last couple, I think I'm gonna politely tell you to nix working on fanpics of my characters. And maybe kick you in the head, too." :XD:

Poser, C4D, Photoshop. Stir Well. Take with aspirin and barely legal drugs.

Wow that is just stunning and great because the novel way it happens, catching her and spreading over her. Wow, this is just creativity really pushing the envelope!

Thank you very much! I definitely wanted to try a different method of effect, and I'm really happy the way it turned out on her. I'm all for experimenting when it comes to that sorta thing! ^_^

Ahhh, never worry! There are stone salves, flesh-to-stone cures and scrolls of restored form, so there are certainly ways around petrifications and transmutations in my fantasy worlds. I am positive she'll be around and mobile again in time for my next picture of her.

Assuming her creator doesn't beat me senseless for putting her in predicaments like this in the first place. :XD:
